  Equipment description  

The picosecond laser glass cutting machine is a high-quality cutting equipment that offers superior performance compared to traditional cutting methods including high efficiency, with cutting speeds of up to 500mm/s, which is several times faster than CNC machines. It can cut up to 19mm thick glass in a single pass, which is three times more than traditional cutting methods. It also produces smooth and even edges, with no micro-cracks, breakage, or fragments.

 

Our in-house developed laser processes can be adapted to the customer’s requirements . Also , throughput demands can be easily achieved with our customized production solutions .

The optimized material flow in our systems allows to produce small quantities just as efficiently as mass production lots . Low production costs per component are a result of our short machine set-up times .
